About the club

What we do

The main aims and activities of the club are:

• supporting and developing sport shooting in the region,
• organising sport shooting competitions and supporting events,
• supporting and preparing firearms licence holders and applicants in legal awareness and technical knowledge,
• awareness, educational and preventive work in the safety and protection of life, health and property.

Conditions for sport shooting

The club creates the conditions for sport shooting and provides the organisational and technical facilities this requires. Its work also includes support for young talent.

Events

In line with its mission and aims the club organises competitions, training sessions, courses, lectures, exhibitions and other related events, and promotes them. It also takes part in organising events run by others.

Information and promotion

The club publishes informational and promotional materials — leaflets and other publications — and uses other ways of presenting its work and aims.

Cooperation

In pursuing its aims the club may cooperate with towns and municipalities, state administration bodies, civic associations and other natural and legal persons.

Funding

To pursue its aims the club may obtain funding from European funds and other financial mechanisms, grant programmes and subsidies, and use further external sources of financing. To that end it prepares and submits the relevant funding applications and carries out the related work.
